Since the mid-90s large part of the historiography was built on the insistence to find common elements that allowed to characterize the "seventies militancy". The debates surrounding the politics and / or violence binomial have nourished much of the studies on that past .Nevertheless this set of studies that have contributed significantly to the development of new perspectives on an old problem, few have questioned the theories that sustained these elections. In this article we propose to look into these theoretical formulations that accompanied the evolution of a political organization from the early seventies: Montoneros Sabino Navarro.
