Resumen

TROFFE, María Alejandra. LA ESCUELA REVERSIBLE. EL ORIGEN DE LOS ESPACIOS-TIEMPOS FLEXIBLES EN LAS ESCUELAS: RELATO DE UNA PRAXIS INNOVADORA. Rev. Esc. Cienc. Educ. [online]. 2018, vol.2, n.13, pp.107-119. ISSN 1851-6297.

This article is the summary to the book of my authorship The reversible school. The origin of the flexible classroom,  that was published(2018)  and constitutes a detailed account of the adventures and misadventures that happened in an institutional organization, in this case a School of Primary Education, when an innovative pilot experience was implemented who worked on an organizer of the Institution’s daily life: Times and School Spaces, breaking their rigidity and showing that school times and spaces can be flexible, graduated and reversible. The account details several phenomena that are common to any organization when they begin to operate institutional forces and produce tension with what was instituted and naturalized by the institutional collective. The phenomena of resistance to change appear as indicators of the universal tendency of groups to remain in the status quo, as well as the phenomena of power from the prolific conception of Gerard Mendel and his so rich and unique concept of Power Act and Movement of appropriation of the act. This article briefly discusses the positive impact of the flexibilization of school time in a reversible way for the school production of children in the different areas of knowledge, as well as in the uniqueness of the different learning styles. The Reversible School is an innovative contribution in the field of institutional educational organizations since it intervenes, from a praxiological conception of research, in the most daily and naturalized organizer of school organization (rigidized time and space).
