The article aims at evaluating a continuous training experience of Physical Education Teachers, subsidized by collective and collaborative construction principles and mediated by the researcher, the Educational Network Teacher. The study is interpretative, uses participant observation, with semi-structured interviews and a field diary. The interpretations reflect upon the dissonance regarding the formative proposal expressed in dilemmas, paradoxes and inconsistencies lived by the teenagers participating in the research. The relevance of interactions between the central organisms, universities and Teachers is inferred in order to rethink each reality.
