This article focuses on establishing various of the form-entrepreneurship’s emergency points inscribed in historical conditions that made possible capitalism sociotechnical transformations and the complex relationship between neoliberalism and capitalism. These are historical moments in which social conflict and capital expanded reproduction processes crisis converge, as well as an adjustment in the articulations between tactics and strategies oriented to workforce government. Consequently, in the conjunction of these historical emergency surface dimensions, of what we call entrepreneurial-form, forms of government will gradually be delineated not only over the salaried labor force but over those individuals and population sectors that have not been able or they will not be able to access a traditional salary relationship.
