GARCIA NUNES, Tiago de. Self‐management from the marxist perspective. Challenges and possibilities of the resistance of associated labor in capital validity. Trab. soc. [online]. 2021, vol.22, n.37, pp.379-396.  Epub 01-Jul-2021. ISSN 1514-6871.

The article intends to situate self-management as a strategy-movement and social ideal-theory, in order to verify its historical essence and to evaluate the possibilities of Associated Work under capital under a self-managed prism, despite all ruptures and continuities with the logic of heterogeneous work and societal organization. This is a bibliographical research theoretically oriented by self-managing Marxism, based on theoretical and methodological subsidies in authors affiliated with historical materialism and who proposed to think about the overlap between self-management and Associated Work and, to a certain extent, the dialectical relationship. both with popular movements. Among the authors, we highlight the approaches of István Mészáros - Hungarian thinker who has been standing out in promoting the renewal of post-Stalinism Marxism - and Cláudio Nascimento - self-taught Brazilian thinker, who from the self-managed Marxism has carried out a thorough examination of the great autonomous and self-managed struggles of the class struggle historiography.
