RODRIGUEZ, M. E; MICCA RAMIREZ, M. V; ANDRADA, N. R  e  LARRUSSE, A. S. Parametrización epidemica para evaluar sistemas de manejo de roya común (puccinia sorghi), en San Luis. FAVE. Secc. Cienc. agrar. [online]. 2015, vol.14, n.2. ISSN 1666-7719.

Parameter-setting epidemic to evaluate management systems of common rust (puccinia sorghi), in San Luis Common rust epidemics that took place in Villa Mercedes (San Luis, Argentina) were analyzed temporally. Epidemics development, corn hybrids behavior and the different moments of fungicide application were evaluated. A trial randomized block with hybrids: AW 190, NK 900, DK 747, application time was set V10, V10+R1, R1 and without application, with three repetitions, was established. Final severity, area under the curve of disease progress, epidemic rate and form curve of Weibull model were analyzed to measure disease severity. The analysis was calculated in the SAS statistical program. Variance analysis of the various parameters and mean differences tests was made. The results indicate that corn rust had epidemic behavior. DK 747 y NK 900 hybrids are recommended for the area and the application of strobilurin + triazole in the phenological stage V10, enables effective control of the epidemic.
