This article is part of a research carried out in the framework of the career of specialization in educational research at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the National University of Jujuy. The study addresses the issue of employment and working conditions of graduates in Sciences of the Education at the National University of Jujuy. The analysis is restricted to the space of Youth and Adult Education of the Province of Jujuy, Argentina, in which these graduates play the role of "Regional Responsible". In terms of the objectives of these revolve in tone to: a) Understand the forms of labour market integration of these graduates in the field of the education of young and adults and knowledge jobs at stake in this process, and b) analyze their working conditions, focusing on the types of functions, timing and pace of work. The qualitative analysis of the data, which shows results of the first objective above, allowed to recognize three formal request for the post of Regional Responsible: a) the nomination to the post, b) an "written" instance and, c) an "oral" instance. The analysis of data allowed to arrive at the thesis according to which the knowledge that come into play graduates, in instances of job placement, are multiple and heterogeneous (theoretical, action, etc.), of different origin (context university, labor, etc.), and whose configuration process, experiences play an essential role insofar as they constitute supply and production of new knowledge and valuation of the same instance
