The study of the sexual abuse experience in children through testimonies that solicits, and shapes criminal justice finds its methodological and theoretical anchor, for this work, in cultural studies in communication. Along these lines, we will develop two central categories for the analysis: Testimonies and Speech Genres. Cultural studies in communication configure a theoretical proposal to review what happens with the enunciation of experience in contexts in which justice intervenes, hyper coded as is the Gesell chamber. The structure of this article is divided into three parts based on the work of Vasallo de Lopes (1999): the epistemological level, the theoretical level, and the methodological level. Regarding the conclusions, communication studies enable the question about the limitations of the context and the discursive genres. The language and the discursive genres enabled (and the concessions that each scene lends) configure the experience according to the standards available for sharing (Arfuch, 2013). If we start by considering the narrative as the engine of experience, we are in a position to say that each situation will establish the logic and dynamics of feeling the painful experience, how far it is possible to tell the experience? Thus, questions about sensitive statutes are necessary when analyzing these testimonies and disciplinary crossings to support this proposal that does not cease to dialogue with legal regulations
