In this article the impact of specific policies and state agents on the daily creation of educational experiences in social organizations is analyzed. From an anthropological perspective the paper attempts to move beyond views which explain the emergence of these educational projects as a civil response to the absence of the State (post- Neoliberal Education Reform), as well as those views which focus on the counter-hegemonic elements of these practices without reconstructing the hegemonic background that influences them. To this end, relational themes which involve activists, students and state agents through their multiple interactions are restored to analysis; and in which various policies and state programs are also involved, though not without contradictions. The processes analyzed were recorded during fieldwork conducted in 2010 and 2011, including in-depth interviews, participant observation, and records of meetings. The fieldwork was carried out at a socio-political organization located in the southeast of the city of Córdoba, where educational spaces for youths and adults are maintained.
