Cell division is one of the recognized studies as the most complex by the high school students. However, this knowledge is of fundamental importance as a precondition to other matters, such as gametogenesis and genetics, contained in the program of this level of education. Our goal was that the students experimented step by step every stage of the cell division process. For this, we have proposed their participation in a game of differences structured schematic representations which exhibited the stages of cell division. Were 4 boards where the phases of the cell division could be identified. With 127 students belonging to three public schools located in the municipality of Pelotas / RS, Brazil. We measure the degree of satisfaction of students to participate and as a means of cell division of learning through issues contained in an enclosed questionnaire. After the development of activities can prove student interest for this type of activity and the level of student interest has exceeded the rate of 80% satisfaction.
