The research proposal is contextualized in an institution of higher education located in the city of Cali, in Colombia, in order to assess the educational practice in B-learning models of a higher education program, based on the principles of flexibility, interactivity, cooperation and self-management in distance education, in order to develop recommendations and an improvement plan to contribute in the teaching-learning processes of distance education. The research is conducted in the context of a case study and quantitative methodology for the collection and analysis of data. The result of this research aims to generate a diagnostic report that contributes to the improvement of the model below.
