This research covers the importance of linking technology resources freely distributed with the teaching work, combining real and virtual environment in order to promote better management of ICT as a teaching tool. Taking as a starting point, the implementation of an educational program by electronic means in a platform called EDUSAT, which today does not continue with the program that was generated for the purpose of technology appropriation in the service of education. Pointing out the importance and the great need to provide new alternatives and to glimpse the threats posed obsolete programs as a window of innovative technological opportunities, through management and implementation of these open educational resources.
