The present article has the objective to show the incorporation of technology in the organization of extra-learning classroom spaces in large chairs. In our case, it is about the Computing Workshop in the Mathematical Analysis I chair (AMI) and corresponds to Engineering careers of the Universidad Nacional de La Matanza (UNLaM). We explain how and why we select free web tools in order to organize the space, and we describe some organizational aspects of the didactic proposal. We consider that ICTs not only assist in teaching and learning, but are also a great help when it comes to organizing spaces that are already being used by a large number of teachers and students.
