WILLINER, Betina. Flipped classroom through tasks: An experience during the isolation period COVID-19 in Engineering careers. Rev. iberoam. tecnol. educ. educ. tecnol. [online]. 2021, n.28, pp.48-55. ISSN 1851-0086.
In this article, we show an experience during the pandemic COVI- 19 in the lecture “Análisis Matemático I†of the “Departamento de IngenierÃa e Investigaciones Tecnologicas†at “Universidad Nacional de la Matanzaâ€. We used the flipped classroom as a methodology of teaching-learning. We created what we later called tasks divided into subject units. Each task consists of a structure or “route page†which indicates students the different actions to organize their learning before the virtual class. We worked with two platforms: one which helped us to store the lecture material and the other one which allowed us coordinate forums, plan meetings, build consultation spaces, etc. We showed the organization of the flipped classroom by tasks and the results of a survey that we had made to those students who finished their first term in 2020 with this modality. The results were encouraging: the students really appreciated the materials and the organization. We do recognize that the results obtained are from students who could finish their university year. That is why we add the commitment to study the perception of all students who will start the subject next term.
