This article analyzes the results of a survey of undergraduate students regarding their transit through the first semester in the context of a health emergency. It is observed that students associate their performance in the first place with aspects related to their participation and difficulties in carrying out that participation. Regarding the aspects of the teaching design, the time available for assessments, the variety of the proposed activities, the teacher-student interaction, the explanation of objectives, and coherent planning stand out. Likewise, the need for interaction with the teaching teams is observed, showing dissatisfaction when that interaction is not fluid, there is no response to the messages or feedback to the tasks.
