The article analyzes and reflects on the learning developed by university professors when taking a postgraduate course called "Learning and evaluating in virtuality" for teachers of the Faculty of Humanities, of the Universidad Nacional del Nordeste, during the 2020 school year, in through an educational context of remote teaching, crossed by the health emergency due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. For this, a description of the pedagogical experience framed in online training is made, in addition to a comparative analysis between two continuous cohorts. Various learnings are identified linked to the role of the virtual tutor, teaching strategies and learning and evaluation activities as learning, key elements for online learning.
