This work is rooted in research UBACyT P811 "psychological inhibition and its relation to the transgression in adolescents in conflict with the law", being the reflection of the counterpart that was displayed during that investigation. It is known that certain institutions and cases there will be attending, "per se" denabd a kevek if orifessional commitment and personal especially quite different from usual. Thus, assistance to young offenders into the criminal law requires professionals a "special commitment" intellectual and emotional level. This can-eventually, generate sequels. Scientific studies show that one of those consequences is the "burnout syndrome". The relevance of studying this problem is given in terms of the challenges, responsibilities, roles, etc.. must assume the professional who works in these cases are varied, numerous and complex, can lead to overflow and stress situations that hinder their professional practice.
