The aim of this article is analyze what the implications are for enterprises because of disjointed Mexican innovation system. A jointed model in the frontier agent for innovation system is presented. The results published by Mexican institutions in the period 2010-2012 are discussed. These two in combination of results reflected in firms are analyzed. The main results are: efforts of program government are not complementary, no continuity for innovation project; the prescriber is not considered; innovator and entrepreneur are separated; innovator-entrepreneur-prescriber is not combined like just one agent with three roles. Principal conclusion is there are not consolidations mechanisms for researchers groups into the Mexican enterprises.
