The purpose of this article is to carry out a review of the literature that contributes to the development of research aimed at managing the educational process of culture in industrial property. For its preparation, the articles indexed in the bibliographic index Scielo, Redalyc and others were chosen as sources. The exploration included work published since 2003, the year WIPO began to raise public awareness of intellectual property culture education and training. The study was systematized in stages and the key words were identified; the relevant information was searched and the selection criteria were determined, which enabled the analysis of the collected documentation; finally the final document was drawn up. The article addresses the relationship in the literature between the concept of culture in industrial property and the aspects of a formative nature to be considered in educational settings.
