Nevus of Ota is a dermal melanocytosis that develops due to an embryonic defect in the migration of melanocytes from the neural crest to the skin and mucous membranes. We report a 32-year-old female patient with a bilateral nevus of Ota with a rare manifestation due to its unusual distribution.
