PLAZA, Betina  e  VILA, Diana. Collective-organizational processes and construction of subjectivity in the horticultural producers from the AMBA´s western region Movement of Excluded Workers. Rev. Pilquen. secc. cienc. soc. [online]. 2022, vol.25, n.2, pp.73-97. ISSN 1851-3123.

In this article we intend to address the construction of subjectivity in the horticultural producers of the AMBA´s western region, included in the areas of Luján and General Rodríguez, within the context of the collective-organizational processes linked to their belonging to the rural branch of the Movement of Excluded Workers (hereinafter MTE, according to spanish initials). The assumption that runs through this work is that changes in subjectivity occur as producers become involved or intervene in collective-organizational processes linked to work. In our investigation we adopted a qualitative methodological strategy (Vasilachis 2006), which was built from the bond and work agreements with the MTE referents. In this sense, we carry out participant observations of the work in the farms, and in deliberative and formative spaces. At the same time, we conducted in-depth interviews with delegates and producers. The results of the analysis showed the complexity of the processes of construction of subjectivity, in experiences such as commercialization, assemblies, training workshops and spaces where women and young people take on a leading role. These findings become relevant in relation to the forms of transformation and subjective change that are fostered in the organizational spaces of the movement.
