The organization and collective action of teachers who take as reflective object their teaching practices are able to empower individuals as managers and builders of social and educational change. The interaction, meetings and joint action enable them to assess, recognize and transcend their daily work experiences and to take alternative educational projects. These actions contribute to joint movements needed to configure a Latin American pedagogical transformation able to get and energize the socio-historical moment demands. For its development, this piece of work is divided into three sections, we first briefly present the concepts of networking and educational experience, the second part sets into dialogue these categories to think of them as subjects transformation processes and contexts scenarios. Finally, we analyze the relationship between networking, teaching practices and configuration instituting new movements and mobilizations for education.
