Abstract Without disregarding the diversity of demands and actors implied in December 19° and 20° events, this article proposes to inquiry one of the dimensions and temporalities included in the 2001´crisis, tr ying to rebuild when and with which contents was built a destitution sense. The paper has three complementary purposes: by one hand, to understand and conceive what was understood as a new modality of political action: the negative voting, situation which was amplified in October 14° legislative elections but was anticipated in Córdoba in two opportunities during that year; in second place, I´ll try to rebuild social and political conditions of those actions, and furthermore to reflect about the possible incidence of them and of the election results in the construction of a destitution public sense.
