The article aims to characterize the situation and prospects of the labor issue in the framework of the already protracted crisis raging in European societies of the present. Addresses this issue based on a characterization from the crisis salariada welfare society, understood as a crisis of rationality that is hierarchical. Later analyzes the contradictory transformations that are typical of the culture, politics and economy in the capitalist world and the most significant consequences crash onto heterogeneous societies of Europe. In this context and based on the review of various indicators is then placed highlighted the extent of deterioration that is characteristic of the world of work. Finally, and by way of conclusion, the article breaks down the prospects of a restructuring alternative to the parameters that dominate the course of these processes.
