In this article we will analyze the perceptions of university teachers about the educational management of the pandemic (2020-2021) in relation to their political positions. Specifically, we will focus on the narratives about the policies of educational continuity in the university and on three dimensions that frame the discussions about this educational level: the link between virtualization and educational inclusion-exclusion, the conceptions about the pedagogical subject and the role social of the public university.

We rely on an empirical corpus built from semi-structured interviews with university-level teachers and an online survey of the same population. From the analysis, we conclude that the political positions of the teachers have not segmented their perceptions about the educational continuity policy; however, these did influence the arguments about more general aspects of university public education, which allowed us to observe differential hierarchies in the construction of narratives and arguments.
