This text takes up the concept of entre-lugar coined by Silviano Santiago, to think about the manner of a mythical machine, always empty center. Thus, the archeology of a entre-lugar that can only be defined from its effects, its singular brightness in the constellation of some of the most significant texts of the postcolonial discussion is presented.
