This paper analyzes the speeches of the written press on the issue of the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational system at the time of launching educational policy initiatives related to the theme in the last decade in the Argentina. In this case, we will focus on the study of the owners of the written press linked to the modification of the norms that regulate the use of cellular and other digital devices owned by students in the school environment in the province of Buenos Aires.
