To contribute and intervene in the contemporary public scene is a conviction that encourages the Universidad Nacional de Avellaneda (UNDAV) and its academic and institutional spaces. Being part of the arguments that are developed in the democratic space of the great collective discussions is a major responsibility of the Argentinean University. Its editorial project is developed with that purpose and to make known the contents of its research work, teaching, extension and production; in sum, of knowledge and critical thinking. Emerged in a singular cultural moment, it imbricated its objectives together with a Programme of Professionalization of the Argentinean University Publishers, whose development and continuity are in question (issue). Accounting for the chiaroscuros of that singular experience is the objective of this work.
