In the context of the democratic recovery in Argentina, the youth issue became a matter of public policy within the framework of a specific global process, where international organizations were the ones that, from previous decades, insisted on the need for the State to recognize the young people as subjects of politics. Now, what are the challenges of public youth policies forty years after an uninterrupted democratic process? Based on this question, we propose to make a balance of the itineraries traveled and the new challenges of youth policies in Argentina.
