The president of de National Couneil of Edueation, Dr. José María Ramos Mejía, ereated in Augusto 1908, the Office of Illustrations and Deeorations, as one of the initiatory measures of his patriotic education of the schools of an aesthetic promoted form, in ad for the State.
In the cycle of de Centennial of de May Revolution, the Council as agoverning body led by the doctor, defines an educational program that, from its contents, didactics and aesthetic and a implement what we now call an educationalpublicpolicy, founding the aesthetics of patrioticpantheon, which left nothing to chance.
The importance of his study refers to a theoretical hypothesis in the doctoral thesis, which holds that patriotic education program, and its political function, survives in the curricular designs, its practices and didactics of de school that inhabit today. Working hypotheses in different dimensions emerge from de previous one to deepen it.
A rhizomatic, historiographic and educational approach, is used, built from methodologies such as critical discourse analysis, biographical studies and legal instruments.
