40 uninterrupted years of democracy in Argentina are an opportunity to reflect on different aspects of our democratic life. In this article we propose some ideas about education, memory and democracy. We will share some thoughts about this political cycle and the link between school and memory. In addition, we will focus on the role of the State and the memory pedagogy as a public policy, observe certain educational materials that allow to visualize the deployment of education and memory actions that were inscribed in a range of construction of collective memory in Argentina from 2005 to 2015 and returns from 2019 to the present. The article proposes to think about how these publications materialize a democratic educational experience, in context of other public and educational policies of expansion of rights and collective memories construction.
