This article outlines a set of considerations about the impact of environmental land use planning process of the rainforest in Argentina from its obligations under the National Budget on native forest minimun. Emphasizes Juridical mechanisms, and institutional polices raised the national standard and the importance of gestinpblica must take into account the diversity of territorial conditions in which to apply. The implementacin in the rural area restrictions and limitations is a set of productive activities, touristic, subsistence to be considered under stas important environmental services provided to all areas of society regin.
