The aim of this paper aims to identify and develop an initial characterization of landscape of wine, from his position as cultural heritage, related to the set of buildings that constitute the wine cultural heritage in the Metropolitan Area of Mendoza. It aims to assess its potential as a resource, support its values as a cultural landscape from new uses ancient acquired or maintained within the framework of sustainable local development.
