The objective of this work is to point and show that the architectural production of the detached house of the early twentieth century in the city of Corrientes is to observe modern architectures in a non- modern city. Thus, the modern architecture of detached correntinian house understood as embodied cultural manifestation, soon manifested independently and linked to the forces of urban historical tradition of the city. On the other hand, in terms of production systems , manifest from differentiated qualities of historical examples from the adoption of the new technology of reinforced concrete and emerging formalization of aesthetic avant-garde.
