The objective of this article is to understand how the Brazilian Federal Government is systematizing the so-called "National Network of Training", mainly in the aspects related to the training of young sport talents. To achieve this purpose, we analyzed the official sources made available by the Brazilian Government. In conclusion, the study points out that this program is still in the implementation phase and that it is now more a political wish than a reality that contributes to the development of young sport talents in Brazil.
