Public Policy, as programs and projects, has been implemented in the last decade in indigenous communities of the Province of Tucumán, Argentina. Tucumán has approximately twenty of these communities, which inhabit in territories of the Valley of Tafi, the Valley of Yokavil, and the Valleys of Choromoro, and also the departments of Chicligasta, Tafi Viejo and Lules. The aim of this paper is to analyze the effects of such policies on socio-organizational aspects of the communities under study. This work uses a qualitative approach and the study of cases method. The results include perceptions of interviewees about the impact on organizations since the implementation of these programs and projects. Discussion and conclusions focus on the visibility of indigenous issues and aspects such as organizational changes and territory, among others.
