The objective of this study was to identify indicators of quality of life at work and absenteeism as indicators of the outcome of hospital administration. To do this, a review of the literature was carried out, a survey of 52 texts related to quality of life at work, absence and hospital management. The analysis resulting from the texts covered in relation to the context of hospital management, deals with problems related to quality of life at work and absenteeism, identifying causes and corrections, through a program of management of the workers, to a rigorous and periodic promotion of workers' health. workers, evaluating all workers under the control of medical certificates. For the desired effect, the evidence of some indicators for program management must take into account: daily monitoring of certificates, labor history of each indicator absenteeism for months / years, total absenteeism by sector / CIE / month / year, noting that such indicators are suggestions of the Sub Committee of the International Medical Association, which immediately reflects the importance of the quality of work life assessments and absenteeism as indicators of hospital management performance.
