It is intended to present some theoretical considerations from which it is convenient to base the educational plans or projects to be carried out in the schools of Latin American countries within the framework of Inclusive Education, from authors such as Carlos Skliar, Rodolfo Stavenhagen and Paulo Freire. In whose pedagogical proposals, the critical and situated character from the Latin American realities stands out and, consequently, propose a reflection of the pedagogical practices that lead us to redirect the educational task towards the materialization of the human right to education.
