In the present work we talk about the insertion of Philosophy in the Federal Law of Education. Considering objectives and levels: basic contents common of E.G.B, common basic contents of polimodal and the common trunk of the polimodal and its branches. Settled as such the Philosophy of the Federal Law of Education we carry out a critical analysis of what we think happens in practice with Philosophy in the implementation of the Law since we see that there is no coherence between what the Law expresses formally and the Documents of the Ministry of Education of the Nation and what the regional educative policies are implementing. Finally in the conclusions we propose to change that aspect of philosophy that was forgotten.
