The Arab Spring has been analyzed from different approaches, many of whom identify their differences with previous revolutionary processes in the region. Moreover, there are new elements that characterize this regional political awakening, within can be highlighted the impacts - direct and indirect - of the latest international financial and economic crisis, that determined the political behaviour of the Western powers against Arab Spring and the case of Libya in particular.
