Resumen

BATISTON, Victoria  y  ZENKLUSEN, Denise. Investigar y difundir conocimientos desde narrativas transmedia. Reflexiones metodológicas en torno a la producción de un documental. Intersecc. comun. (En línea) [online]. 2023, vol.1, n.17, pp.2-2. ISSN 2250-4184.  http://dx.doi.org/https://doi.org/10.51385/ic.v1i17.170.

This article proposes to reflect on the potential of transmedia narratives for the approach and communication of research and audiovisual production processes during the context caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Specifically, we are working with the Transmedia Documentary And Now What? Relatos de cuarentena, made by a group of teachers and students from the National University of Rafaela (UNRaf) during 2020 and 2021. Using a qualitative methodology based on semi-structured interviews and document analysis, the article explores, on the one hand, the methodological aspects related to transmedia in order to analyse the strategies of information construction and the dynamics related to fieldwork during instances of isolation and social distancing. On the other hand, it reflects on the documentary genre using transmedia narratives to provide the community with diverse views on the effects and impact of health, prevention and care measures and the epidemiological crisis during this period.
